The CBD15 lifts up to 1500kg and the CBD20 lifts up to 2000kg. Both are walk-behind electric pallet trucks with the same 110mm lift height, 550mm fork width and electromagnetic braking — the CBD20 is simply the heavier-duty option for bigger pallet loads.
Lithium is lighter, charges faster and has no watering or acid maintenance, so it suits daily multi-shift use. Lead-acid is a proven, lower-cost option that's fine for single-shift or lighter-use jobs. Tell us your shift pattern and we'll recommend the right one.
Depending on the battery fitted (24V/48V, lead-acid or lithium) a full charge comfortably covers a standard shift of continuous pallet handling. Opportunity-charge the lithium units on tea breaks if you're running back-to-back shifts.
These are designed for smooth, hard warehouse and dock floors. They'll handle light ramps and dock levellers but aren't suited to loose gravel, mud or steep gradients — for rough outdoor ground talk to us about our material lift range instead.
